Implemented: read-only service metadata, an empty directory, and a downloadable offline simulation-only evidence tool. The evidence tool verifies record chains and checkpoint signatures; it does not benchmark GPUs or verify provider identity. Provider onboarding, compatibility matching, active tests, the evidence plugin, MCP and A2A are unavailable. Free GPU resources are not included; resource use requires provider authorization. Do not send workload data or credentials. Hosting access logging may apply. Offline consent preflight checks signed resource budgets against an independently pinned Ed25519 key; it never executes tests, verifies resource ownership, authorizes spending or enforces runtime limits. This is a download, not a consent-submission API. Experimental Linux NVIDIA inventory CLI is downloadable, requires signed consent and a separately signed machine/device mapping, and permits one read-only inventory query. Software tested only; real GPU validation, independent performance tests and automatic publication are unavailable. Supply discovery excludes personal computers. The service roadmap describes approved future work only; all eight roadmap services are currently unavailable."
